I'm so glad you're here!

IBS, Endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain specialist at One Tree Nutrition.
Excision surgery for adhesions and endometriosis.

Let me tell you all about myself and One Tree Nutrition.

For most of my life, I have struggled with my health.  As a child, my digestion was all over the place and I remember being in so much pain.  As I got older, my health shifted in many ways, but unfortunately not for the better.  When I was going into university, my health started to plummet quickly.

No matter what I ate, my stomach would hurt.  Constipation and cramps were always an issue.  Pelvic pain was a problem.  I was so incredibly tired and lost a lot of weight.  This was one of the lowest points of my life.

I did what I could to find answers.  I saw the doctors.  I had the tests.  After waiting a very long time to see a specialist, I was diagnosed with IBS and given zero guidance on what to do to feel better (just told to take a laxative and eat low fodmap).  I learned that the only way I was going to feel better was to take matters into my own hands.

My deep dive in holistic nutrition, health and wellness began.

My health began to turn around, energy began to improve, digestion as well.  Pelvic pain was still a chronic issue, but I was doing everything I knew to do to feel the best I possibly could.

This led to me getting my training and diploma in holistic nutrition (DHN), from the Edison Institute of Nutrition and I then started One Tree Nutrition.

I experienced massive breakthrough in my health journey in 2025.  â€‹

I had excision surgery and severe adhesions were removed from all throughout my pelvis.  All my pelvic organs were "stuck" together and some were adhered to my bowel too.  My journey to even getting surgery was a very long one.  I fought hard to get answers.

My journey with chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis is why I chose to specialize in this area.

It is my passion.

It is my calling.

So many women struggle for years, are dismissed, are told that their pain is "normal" and given no support for their pelvic pain and/or endometriosis.

Many women have excision surgery and then wonder "what now?"

This is where nutrition and pain recovery coaching can make all the difference!
