Pelvic pain recovery program for women with endometriosis and pelvic pain.

A 4-month personalized nutrition & pain recovery coaching program for women with endometriosis & pelvic pain who are ready to get symptom relief!

Have fewer flares. Less bloat. Better digestion.

And start getting back to the life you’ve been missing.

This was not the life you imagined for yourself...

Endometriosis and pelvic pain has completely changed your life, how you feel and what you do.

Maybe you've even had surgery, but you're still struggling with ongoing symptoms.

You want:

  • to be able to enjoy life without constant flares getting in the way

  • to spend time with family & friends without pain causing you to cancel plans last minute

  • enjoy food without having to endure painful bloat and endo belly

  • to get your life back!

But instead, you’re still dealing with things like:

  • pelvic pain or recurring flares

  • bloating, constipation or digestive issues

  • fatigue that makes everything harder

  • worrying about what every symptom means

  • constantly Googling what to eat, avoid or try next

  • cancelling or changing plans because of pain & symptoms

  • wondering if you’re doing enough to support your body

It can be so incredibly frustrating to feel stuck and not even know where to even start.

❌You don’t want another restrictive diet.

❌You don’t want another random supplement.

❌And you definitely don’t want to spend another year trying to piece everything together on your own.

➡️You want to know how to support your body, have less inflammation & pain, and feel confident enough to start living your life again.

Endometriosis is a whole-body disease AND requires a whole-body approach.

If you've had excision surgery for your endometriosis, I want you to know that while surgery removes the endometriosis, it doesn't address:

- the years of chronic pain

- inflammation throughout the body

- blood sugar and metabolic health

- a digestive system that is out of whack

Digestion, bowel health, nourishment, blood sugar, sleep, stress, movement, your nervous system and the way your body has learned to respond to pain can all influence how you feel.

When you're wanting to improve your health and manage your endometriosis long-term (whether you've had surgery or not), it's crucial that you look at the bigger picture!

This is why I don’t focus on one symptom or hand you a generic “endometriosis diet.”

Together, we identify the areas where your body needs more support and create a personalized approach that helps you move toward:

✓ better digestion and more regular bowel movements
✓ more steady energy
✓ fewer disruptions from pain and flares
✓ less fear around symptoms
✓ more confidence with food and your health choices
✓ more trust in your body
✓ more freedom to actually enjoy your life

A Different Approach to Pelvic Pain Recovery

The Pelvic Pain Recovery Program brings together nutrition, lifestyle and pain recovery coaching through four interconnected pillars.

These are not four separate stages you need to complete perfectly.

They’re woven together throughout our four months so we can focus on what you need most as your recovery evolves.

1 (1).png
Changing Your Relationship With Pain

Learn how to respond to symptoms with less fear, understand your pain patterns and gradually rebuild confidence in your body.

The goal isn’t to ignore pain. It’s to stop fear of pain from running your life.

Eating For Endo & Pelvic Pain Relief

Support your body with balanced, nourishing meals that help with digestion, blood sugar balance, inflammation levels, fewer flares & recovery — without another restrictive diet.

An Antiinflammatory and Nourished Lifestyle

Create realistic habits around sleep, movement, stress, recovery and everyday habits that help support your body so you can feel your best.

Finding Yourself Again and Reclaiming Your Freedom

Reconnect with joy, confidence, and the parts of life that pain has pushed aside.

Because recovery isn’t only about managing symptoms. It’s about getting more of your life back AND feeling like you again!

Imagine feeling like yourself again...

Imagine waking up and not having pelvic pain be the first thing on your mind.

✔️You know how to support your body when symptoms flare, instead of immediately spiraling or wondering what you did wrong.

✔️You feel more confident with food because you understand what helps you feel nourished, and energized — without constantly restricting or second-guessing every meal.

✔️Your digestion feels more predictable.

✔️You have more energy for the things and people you care about.

✔️You feel less afraid of every sensation in your body.

And little by little, you start saying yes to more of your life again.

  • A walk.

  • Dinner with a friend.

  • A weekend away.

  • Movement you enjoy.

  • Plans you don’t automatically cancel “just in case.”

You may still have hard days.

But you’re no longer left feeling helpless when they happen.

You have tools.

You have a plan.

And you trust yourself more.

That’s the transformation we’re working toward: fewer flares, less fear, more confidence in your body — and more freedom to live your life again.

Meet Your Coach

I’m Orisha, a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) and Pain Recovery Coach, trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) techniques.

I help women with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain support their bodies through personalized nutrition, lifestyle and pain recovery coaching so they can get their life back.

I also know this journey personally.

I’ve lived with chronic pelvic pain, digestive struggles and endometriosis, and I’ve been through excision surgery myself.

I know what it’s like to desperately want to feel better.

To question what your body is telling you.

To wonder whether every symptom means something is wrong.

And to miss the version of yourself who didn’t have to think about pain all the time.

That lived experience is part of why my approach is gentle, practical and focused on the whole person.

You don't need to fight your body.

You need support that helps you understand it, care for it and slowly begin trusting it again.

Your Pelvic Pain Recovery Program

This is not a course you’re handed and expected to figure out alone.

It is four months of personalized 1:1 coaching, supported by a guided weekly program that helps you put what we’re working on into practice.

Your First Month

1. Recovery Deep Dive Call — 60 minutes

We start by getting to know the full picture.

We’ll talk through your health journey, symptoms, surgery and recovery experience (if applicable), what you’ve already tried, and what you’re struggling with most right now.

You will also complete a Nutribody Assessment (prior to this call).  We will discuss your results during this call.

*The Nutribody Assessment is not a diagnostic assessment.  It is a personalized tool that helps uncover patterns in your symptoms, nutrition, digestion, energy, and lifestyle — giving us a clearer starting point for your individualized plan.*

You’ll leave with clear starting steps you can begin putting into place right away.

2. Recovery Vision Call — 60 minutes

Then we look beyond symptoms.

If pelvic pain wasn't taking up so much space...

- How would you want to feel?

- What would you be doing?

- What would you have more energy for?

- Who do you want to become again?

Together, we create a clear vision for where you’re going and identify the priorities that will move you toward it.

Because the goal isn't simply to become better at managing pain.

The goal is to help you get more of your life back.

We’ll turn that vision into clear priorities for our work together, so your recovery isn’t only about managing symptoms—it’s about helping you move toward a life that feels like yours again.

3. Month 2 Onward — 45-minute Coaching Calls (2 per month)

From month two onward, we'll meet for two 45-minute private coaching sessions each month.

These are not cookie-cutter check-ins.

We use our time to:

  • see what's changing

  • troubleshoot what's still getting in the way

  • personalize your nutrition

  • adjust your strategies

  • work through flare-ups or setbacks

  • practice pain-recovery tools

  • decide what your body needs next

Your plan evolves as you evolve.

Personalized Plan/Resource Hub

Throughout your four months, you will also receive:

✓ Personalized nutrition recommendations
✓ Individualized food strategies
✓ Personalized supplement recommendations when appropriate
✓ Recipes and meal ideas
✓ Flare-support tools
✓ Pain recovery exercises
✓ Trackers or resources when useful
✓ Guidance tailored to your specific symptoms and goals

And more

And because questions don't only come up during appointments, you'll also have:

Email Support Between Sessions

If you're unsure about something, hit a roadblock or have a question between calls, you don't have to wait weeks to talk about it.

You can reach out for guidance throughout our four months together.

By The End Of Our Work Together...

My goal isn't for you to leave with another binder of information.

What foundations help keep me feeling my best?

How do I get back on track when I'm having a hard week?

How can I lower inflammation and keep it down?

How can I manage my endometriosis & pelvic pain long term?
