Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes) - $185
In this 1:1 consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, goals, symptoms, and any challenges you’ve been facing. We’ll assess your diet, lifestyle, and stumbling blocks to uncover the root of your concerns. By the end of our session, I’ll provide tailored recommendations, and you’ll receive a personalized protocol designed to support your body with the right nutrition and lifestyle shifts—so you can start feeling your best.

Follow Up Appointments - $140/hour or $70/half hour
Continue your journey to better health with a 30- or 60-minute follow-up session. These appointments are designed to check in on your progress, address any new concerns or symptoms, and fine-tune your personalized protocol as needed.
Whether you need extra support, guidance, or adjustments to your plan, follow-ups ensure you stay on track and keep moving toward your health goals.
After each follow-up session you will receive written instructions with your next steps.

Insurance Coverage
My services may be covered under insurance plans that include nutrition consulting or nutritional counseling. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and reimbursement options.
Cancellation Policy
Please give me at least 24-hours notice anytime you need to change or cancel your appointment. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the appointment fee.
Are there any refunds?
I do not offer refunds on any of my consults. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions before you book your appointment.
