What's Included:
Nutribody Assessment & Extensive Intake Questionnaire
You will complete a detailed Nutribody assessment (digital questionnaire emailed to you) prior to your appointment. This in-depth questionnaire will analyze your symptoms and help put together a more clear picture about areas in your body that may need some more focused attention. This may be repeated part-way through your coaching program to help guide our plans on your healing journey. Please note that this is not a diagnostic tool.
Comprehensive 60–75 Minute Coaching Call
We’ll start with a comprehensive session where we explore your health history, symptoms, daily habits, and personal goals. This is where your healing journey begins — with a personalized plan tailored to your body’s unique needs. This is where I'll listen to you share about your health journey.
Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan
A tailored plan specific to your needs and goals will be sent to you after your initial coaching call. This plan will be updated and adjusted ongoing.
Monthly Coaching Calls (30 minute sessions)
Twice a month, we’ll meet for focused support and accountability. These sessions are your space to ask questions, navigate challenges, and adjust your plan as your body begins to shift and heal. You will be provided with the tools you need for between calls.
Structured Accountability
With a structured plan and ongoing support, I'll help you stay focused on your goals and maintain momentum towards achieving the healthier, more vibrant lifestyle you desire. Trackers and other resources will be provided to you as needed.
Weekly Check-Ins & Resources
Each week we will connect via email to help monitor progress, adjust the plan as needed and for support. I will provide you will all necessary resources each week whether that be specific action steps, recipes, trackers, etc. depending on your needs.
Unlimited Email Support
You will be able to email me at any time with questions. This will allow you get the clarity you need when you need it.
