Comprehensive 60–75 Minute Coaching Call

We’ll start with a comprehensive session where we explore your health history, symptoms, daily habits, and personal goals. This is where your healing journey begins — with a personalized plan tailored to your body’s unique needs.

​

Nutribody Assessment

You will complete a detailed Nutribody assessment (digital questionnaire emailed to you) prior to your appointment.  This in-depth questionnaire will analyze your symptoms and help put together a more clear picture about areas in your body that may need some more focused attention.  Please note that this is not a diagnostic tool.


We’ll repeat this at the end of the 3 months to measure progress and celebrate your transformation.

Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan (Delivered in 3–5 Business Days)

A tailored plan to reduce bloating, improve digestion, balance hormones, and help you establish habits that make your body feel good again.

Biweekly Coaching Calls (4 X 45-minute sessions)

Every other week, we’ll meet for focused support and accountability. These sessions are your space to ask questions, navigate challenges, and adjust your plan as your body begins to shift and heal.​

Structured Accountability

 With a structured plan and ongoing support, I'll help you stay focused on your goals and maintain momentum towards achieving the healthier, more vibrant lifestyle you desire.  Trackers and other resources will be provided to you as needed.​

Final Coaching Session (60 Minutes)

At the end of our 3 months together, we’ll review your progress, refine your plan, and create a clear strategy for maintaining your results and continuing your journey forward with confidence.
